1) Steps you should take to make an informed decision:
a) research (go to websites)
Identify and demonstrate some of the better car information and car buying websites on the internet.
b) Visit your local library. Identify the best periodicals to locate current information.
c) Visit car dealers to compare makes and models, colors, and option choices.
d) Test drive.
2) Making the decision, new or used? Hybrid?
3) Dealing with the dealer.
4) Making the purchase and financing. (Depending on time constraints, may have to eliminate this item.)
